PRICES PER WEEK 2010

A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance becoming due six weeks before the commencement of the holiday. 

Booking Conditions  

1. Accommodation - The property is hired on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no right to remain exists for the hirer or any person allowed into the property by him. The hirer will be liable for any costs incurred as a result of a delayed departure.

2. Cancellation - In the event of cancellation the hirer must advise us immediately. Refunds will only be considered at the owners discretion and only where the accommodation is re let. There will be, in any event, an administration charge of 10% of the monies paid. You are strongly advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.

3. Cleanliness, loss or damage - It is an express condition of booking that the accommodation is returned in the same condition as found on arrival. All losses breakages and damage howsoever caused must be paid for.

4. Smoking - Smoking is not permitted in the property. An excess cleaning charge will be invoiced should this not be adhered to.

5. Force majeure - If for any reason beyond the owners control the property is not available on the date booked, all rents and charges paid in advance will be refunded in full but the owners liability is limited thereto and there shall be no further claim against the owners.
